This dry rosé wine is produced from the same grapes as the red wine, San Severo Rosso DOC, namely Montepulciano grapes (70-100%) and Sangiovese grapes (0-30%).
As a young wine, it is fruity and fresh. With age, San Severo Rosato DOC becomes more round and smooth.
This wine should be drunk young and it can be enjoyed throughout the meal.
