Galatina Rosato DOC is a delightful, pleasant, almost cherry-colored rosé wine made from Negroamaro grapes (85-100%) with the addition of non-aromatic red grapes and/or local varieties (0-15%).
The taste is slightly grape-like, rich, robust, fruity and distinctive, with a nice, long finish.
A fizzy Galatina Rosato Frizzante DOC is also produced.
