Barletta Nero di Troia Riserva DOC is a ruby red to garnet wine, which acquires orange reflections with aging. The aroma is vinous and characteristic and the taste dry, harmonious and full-bodied.
The mandatory aging period is at least 2 years, of which at least 1 year in wooden barrels. The legal aging period begins on November 1st of the year the grapes are harvested.
