The rosé wine from the Alezio zone is almost pink and offers a fresh and fragrant experience. It has a good bouquet, as well as a persistent, dry and velvety taste.
As with Alezio Rosso DOC, the Rosato is made of the Negroamaro grapes (80-100%) and Malvasia Nera di Lecce, and/or Sangiovese, and/or Montepulciano grapes (0-20%), in a small area around Alezio city, east of Gallipoli.
Aging potential is up to 2 years and can be enjoyed to most meals.
