Riesling Italico di Torgiano is a white wine where the main grape is, not surprisingly, Riesling Italico (85-100%), with permission to use 15% of other, local, non-aromatic, green grapes.
This is a more or less intense, straw yellow white wine, with a delicate aroma and a pleasantly light, fruity, acidic taste.
Goes well with fish.
That Italy in 2011 was the worlds largest wine producer?
