Montefalco Bianco DOC is a straw yellow, light and vinous white wine based on Grechetto (50-100%), Trebbiano Toscano (20-35%) and other green varieties from the region (0-30%).
As stated, the wine is straw yellow and the aroma is slightly vinous and fruity. The taste is dry, slightly fruity and characteristic. Certain aged types become golden with age and can be very complex in the taste.
Goes well with antipasto, soup, fish and white meats.
