According to DOC, there must be a of 85% of the Inzolia grape (also called Ansonica or Insolia) used. To this, up to 15% of local, white grapes can be added.
Vittoria Inzolia is a more or less intense, straw yellow white wine. The aroma is fruity and delicate, the taste dry and characteristic for the grape. It must have a minimum alcohol concentration of 11.5%.
A perfect companion to the region's fish dishes.
The same wine is available under the names Vittoria Ansonica or Vittoria Insolia.
