Vittoria Frappato DOC is a red wine made from the grape of the same name. There can also be added an additional 15% of other, local red grapes to Frappato (minimum 85%).
The color is more or less an intense ruby red; the aroma is intense and spans from the fruity to the flowery. The taste is dry, acidic and characteristic for this type.
The wine must have a minimum12% alcohol concentration.
