This white wine is more or less intense straw yellow, the aroma delicate and characteristic, while the taste is balanced, characteristic and dry.
As the name implies, it is the Sauvignon grape (85-100%) that is used. Additional local green grapes (0-15%) can also be added.
Serve with fish.
