This rosé wine comes from the same grapes as Contessa Entellina Rosso, namely Calabrese and/or Syrah (50-100%), together with other, local, non-aromatic red grapes (0-50%).
The result is a pink-colored rosato that often has flecks of orange. It has a subtle, characteristic and intense aroma. The taste is dry, subtle and soft.
Served with light meals.
