Contessa Entellina Bianco er en hvidvin baseret på en ganske pæn samling druer: Ansonica (Inzolia) (50-100%) sammen med Catarratto Bianco Lucido, Grecanico Dorato, Chardonnay, Müller-Thurgau, Sauvignon, Pinot Bianco og Grillo. Endelig må der suppleres med op til 15% lokale, grønne druer.
Resultatet er en strågul hvidvin, af og til med grønne reflekser. Duften er indbydende, frugtagtig og karakteristisk, mens smagen er tør, levende og frisk.
Drikkes enten som aperitif eller til fisk.
