This red wine has an intense, dark ruby red color, and a characteristic, appealing and intense aroma. The taste is dry, well-balanced, soft and harmonious.
As with its unaged cousin, Contessa Entellina Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Sauvignon (85-100%) is the main grape, with permission to use local, non-aromatic red grapes (0-15%).
Mandatory aging is 2 years, of which a minimum of 6 months must be in an oak barrel.
