This is one of Contessa Entellina's so-called varietals. It consists of Ansonica (85-100%), with permission to use local green grapes (0-15%).
The white wine is more or less straw yellow, the aroma delicate, fruity and distinctive. The taste is full, soft and balanced.
An interesting dessert wine is also produced from the same grape, the so-called Vendemmia Tardiva (late harvest).
