This sparkling white wine is made from the same grapes as the quiet type, Alghero Torbato , namely Torbato (85-100%), with the permitted addition of local white grapes (0-15%).
The wine is available as dry, semi-sweet or sweet. It has a straw yellow color and an inviting, distinctively fruity scent.
Enjoyed as an aperitif, while the sweet types pair well with desserts.
