Alghero Cabernet is a red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and/or Cabernet Franc and/or Carmenère (85-100%).
The color ranges from intense ruby red to dark garnet. The scent is distinctive and ethereal, while the taste is dry, full-bodies and slightly tannic.
Here, Sella & Mosca set the standard with their Marchese di Villa Marina, a sovereign, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon wine.
Alghero Cabernet has a quite nice aging potential.
