Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC is a refreshing and full-bodied rosé wine (Rosato) made of the grape Montepulciano (85-100%) together with other local white grapes (0-15%). This wine can be extremely characterful. Its fresh fruit and acidity go perfectly with everyday pasta dishes and suppers.

This is Tullum DOC’s version of a fully sparkling Spumante. The grape composition is the same as in Tullum Bianco DOC which means the varieties of Trebbiano Toscano and/or Trebbiano Abruzzese (75-100%) with the permitted addition of other local non-aromatic (0-25%).
