Etna Bianco is a straw yellow white wine with, at times, light golden streaks. The aroma is delicate and typical for the Carricante grape. The taste is dry, fresh and balanced. All in all, a fresh wine with an aroma of apples, pears, citrus and flowers.
A light and mild wine that goes well with fish and shellfish, but locally it is enjoyed with the whole meal.
There is also Etna Bianco Superiore that must have a minimum alcohol concentration of 12%.
Potential shelf life: Up to 3 years.
