Alcamo Grillo DOC is a more or less intense, straw yellow white wine of varying intensity. It's produced from the grape of the same name, Grillo (85-100%), and there can also be additional, local green grapes (0-15%).
The wine is more or less intense, dark straw yellow, while the aroma is typical, with notes of fruit and herbs. The taste is dry, fresh and balanced.
