The recurring grapes in this white wine are Trebbiano Toscano (60-70%) and Bombino Bianco (30-40%), along with other local, non-aromatic green grapes (0-10%).
The wine is a light straw yellow with green reflections. The aroma is delicate, characteristic and more or less pronounced. The taste is dry, intense, fresh and aromatic.
Pentro d’Isernia Bianco can easily hold up to the middle class white wines from Abruzzo in the north.
Goes well with the region's fish dishes.
