Eloro Rosso is a red wine based on the grapes Nero d’Avola and/or Frappato or Pignatello (90-100%), with permission to add local red grapes (0-10%).
The color is a more or less intense ruby red with streaks of purple or granite. The aroma is robust and slightly ethereal, while the taste is dry with a fresh and slight bitterness in the finish.
Goes with grilled meat and lamb.
