This rosé wine contains the same grape composition as Eloro Rosso, namely Nero d’Avola and/or Frappato or Pignatello (90-100%), with permission to add local red grapes (0-10%).
The color is a more or less intense pink with flecks of granite. The aroma is delicate with a decided fruit, while the taste is also fruity, characteristic, soft and slightly acidic.
Enjoyed locally with most food.
