Nosiola er en grøn druesort, som primært benyttes i Trento-provinsen i den Norditalienske region Trentino-Alto Adige. Navnet betyder ”hasselnød” (nocciola), hvilket både smag og duft tydeligt indikerer. Nosiola indgår i tørre hvidvine men er specielt benyttet i Vin Santo-typerne.
