				The blend used for this wine is slightly different than what we usually see in Colli di Faenza. The wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes (40-60%) with Ancellotta and/or Ciliegiolo and/or Merlot and/or Sangiovese grapes (40-60%).

				This semi-sparkling red wine is produced from the same grape varieties as the still type, Colli di Scandiano e di Canossa Rosso DOC, which means Marzemino grapes (50-100%), Cabernet Sauvignon and/or Malbo Gentile (0-35%), with the permitted addition of other local, non-aromatic red grapes (15-50%).
