Etna Bianco Superiore is grown in the Milo commune in the Catania province, and is produced from the same grapes as the "regular" Etna Bianco, namely Carricante (80-100%), Catarratto Bianco Commune or Catarratto Lucido (max. 40%), with the addition of Trebbiano and/or Minella Bianca (0-15%).
