The white wine Chardonnay di Torgiano DOC is a fresh and fruity wine made from Chardonnay (85-100%) grapes, with permission to add other green grape varieties from the area (0-15%).
The color is a more or less intense straw yellow, and the wine has a characteristic, intense and exciting aroma, along with a dry, fruity taste with a slightly acidic aftertaste.
From certain producers, the wine produces nice results after barrel aging.
Enjoy with fish dishes.
