As the name suggests, Collina Torinese Bonarda DOC is a red wine made from the Bonarda grape (85-100%) with the permitted addition of local non-aromatic blue grapes.
The result is not a particularly intense, ruby red wine. The scent is also intense as well as vinous. The taste is dry and characteristic of the Bonarda grape.
