Friuli Colli Orientali Schioppettino DOC has often been called a red wine for the connoisseurs. The grape comes from a wild variety with a rather difficult name, Schioppettino (85-100%), but rest assured, the grape is also known as Ribolla Nera. It is permitted to add other local red grapes (0-15%).
