This soft white wine is made from the same non-aromatic grape varieties as Colli d’Imola Bianco DOC, namely white varieties, selected by the winemaker. Usually is has a straw yellow color, a slightly fruity scent, and a nice, soft, full-bodied dry, sweet or sweetish taste.
